It's so funny -- I was reading over my 5 minute post where I say that I have one more story to tell, but it's too big to do in the amount of time I have left.
I now have NO idea what that story might have been. Oh well.
The sushi update: I tried eel (raw, in a roll), a yam roll, a fried scallop roll, and some sashimi (salmon, I think). Sushi isn't really for me, though. I want very much to like it (although I'm not sure why) but I don't really. The yam roll was okay, the scallop roll was fine, the eel was better than I thought it would be (salty), but still, well, eel, and the sashimi . . . I just like my salmon cooked is all. I did, though, like Miso soup, which I've had twice before and not loved. I liked it this time. So maybe the sushi idea has to grow on me. We'll see. I'd go again, but I'd rather have steak.
